Durable Household Product

I love cooking since young and I learn it from my mother. Recently bought a new frying pan from ZenClife store at Shopee as the old one "says" is time for it's retirement. Went to do some research online for durable household product and saw the brand SHOGUN got attracted by this model Shogun Kyoto 32cm Stirfry work. It is cheap when I bought from ZenClife which came with special offer and main thing is the wok has 8 different layers of coating which make it durable and easy to maintain. Here is a guide of what each layer of coat consist:

1st layer : Resistant top coat applied wet-in-wet Titanium Mega from Switzerland

2nd layer : Wet- in-wet coating reinforced with Marble resistant particles.

3rd layer : Wet-in-wet 2 coating with special particles

4th layer : Highly ceramic reinforced mild coat

5th layer : Highly ceramic reinforced base coat

Cooking Love - Shogun Kyoto 32cm Stirfry work

Last Sunday I tried out the wok to cook my favorite dish Sesame Oil Chicken (also learn from my beloved mother), the result is good and my family members love it. The wok work perfectly and able to wash away the cook stain easily and the excellent heat conductivity of the cookware reduces the amount of time & energy needed to cook. This durable household product is really worth buying with no regret.

Maybe you will be interested in my Sesame Oil Chicken, let me share the simple recipe with you here:

Ingredients:

I used 15 pieces of chicken wings for a family of three (can be drumsticks or chicken parts, up to your preference)

Marinated them with 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, mix well and then set aside for half an hour to have the sauce absorbed by the chicken.

Prepare about 20 thin slices of ginger

1 tablespoon of dark sauce

2 tablespoons of light sauce

2 teaspoons of sugar

Once the wok heated up (which only take 15 seconds for Shogun Wok), pour 4 tablespoons of sesame oil then put in the ginger then fried till golden brown. Once the smell of ginger is out, put in the chicken to fry till half cooked. Put in all the sauces stated above and fry the chicken for about 8 minutes. Then pour in 450ml of water which should cover the chicken, stir well the water and sauces, try out the taste and add light sauce if the taste is not strong. Cover the wok with the lid and on to medium fire and let it cooked for 15 minutes then is ready to serve.
